Australia MINDIL Beach in Darwin is the site of the annual Beer Can Regatta, where contestants take thousands of used aluminium beer cans to make boats in all shapes and sizes. Boaters then hold mock battles in the water. It's popular with families and tourists. Craft ranging from canoes to giant Viking-style warships. Followed by the Mindil Beach Markets that night.
